How to use the Earthing Fitted Sheet:

1. Take the earthing fitted sheet out of the packaging:

2. Place the fitted sheet over your mattress:

3. Connect the end of the earthing cable to the earthing snap on the earthing fitted sheet:

4. Insert the plug of the earthing cable into a grounded outlet. This works in all grounded outlets across Europe, including Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. No grounded outlet at home? Order our earthing pin to ground indoors without an outlet:

5. You can optionally use an extra fitted sheet on top, but for the best effect we recommend direct skin contact with the Earthle Earthing Fitted Sheet:

6. 30 to 40 minutes of daily contact with the sheet is enough to experience the benefits of grounding. A full night of sleep is more than sufficient. There is no such thing as too much grounding.

How do you wash the fitted sheet?

The fitted sheet consists of 95% cotton (100% organic) and 5% silver fibers. You can wash it as often as you like at 40° in the washing machine (occasionally at 60° if there are stains), using detergent without chlorine bleach. Tumble drying is possible on the lowest setting, but for maximum durability we recommend air drying.

How do you know if an outlet is grounded?

A grounded outlet has two metal contacts in addition to the two plug holes, one at the top and one at the bottom. A non grounded outlet only has the two holes where you insert the plug. Below you can see an image of a grounded and a non grounded outlet.
