Shipping policy
We ship directly from our warehouse in Tilburg in the Netherlands, which puts most of Europe within a few days. Order before 23:30 on a working day and your parcel leaves the same evening.
Shipping cost and delivery time by country
The delivery time below is the number of working days after dispatch. It is an estimate based on what the carrier normally manages, not a firm commitment.

All amounts include VAT. You also see the shipping cost at checkout, before you complete the order. No customs duties or other charges are added: we only deliver within this area. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves, you get an email with a tracking code. Use it to follow your order on the carrier's site or through our tracking page.
If something goes wrong on the way
Until you, or someone you have named, receives the parcel, the risk is ours. If your order is damaged or lost on the way, we sort it out: you get a new product or your money back. You do not need to take out any insurance.
If you still have not received anything five working days after the dispatch notice, email us at info@earthle.nl. We will chase it with the carrier.
Collection
Collecting in person is not possible. We work from a warehouse, not a shop.
