Keep a loose sheet in place
This set contains four elastic sheet straps with metal clips. Each strap is 30 cm long and stretches to approximately 55 cm. Use them to hold a loose grounding sheet in place and check that the clips grip the fabric properly. The straps secure the sheet; they do not provide a grounding connection.
Choose the size for your sleeping space
The loose sheet comes in 203 × 99 and 203 × 180 cm. The fitted sheet comes in 90 × 200 and 160 × 200 cm, with a product depth of 30 cm. Measure your mattress, including its depth for a fitted sheet. Our single and double earthing sheet collections show the corresponding variants together.

Silver thread makes the fabric conductive. Connect the product using its cable and follow the instructions for setup and washing. Earthing sheet and grounding sheet are names for the same type of product. Avoid bleach and fabric softener when washing the textile.

There is never any current on your product
The cable goes only to the earth connection of the outlet, never to the live wire. The plug also contains a 100k ohm resistor, so no current can ever run through the product.
