Earthing sheets for one person
An earthing sheet for one person: choose a 203 × 99 cm loose sheet or a fitted sheet for a 90 × 200 cm mattress. The smaller variants are selected below.
Loose sheet or single fitted sheet?
Lay the 203 × 99 cm loose earthing sheet over your mattress and use sheet clips to secure it if needed. The 90 × 200 × 30 cm fitted sheet wraps around a matching mattress. Choose the fitted version if you prefer a sheet that stays around the mattress.
When only you want to use it
If you share a bed but only you want an earthing sheet, you can place the narrow loose sheet on your side. A 90 × 200 cm fitted sheet is made for a mattress that size, not for half of one wide mattress. Measure the individual mattresses and decide which surface you want to cover.
Choose with your own bed in mind
Both sheets are made from organic cotton with conductive silver thread. Check the product page for the contents, connection and care instructions. For a smooth surface instead of cotton, compare the sleep mat. For more coverage, explore the double earthing sheet options.

Earthing explained in a minute and a half
What earthing is, how you connect a product and why no current runs through it.

There is never any current on your product
The cable goes only to the earth connection of the outlet, never to the live wire. The plug also contains a 100k ohm resistor, so no current can ever run through the product.
No grounded outlet in the room? Then clamp the cable onto a radiator pipe, or push the earthing pin into the ground outside.
