Cotton with silver thread
Sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and blankets. A grid of conductive silver thread runs through the organic cotton and makes contact with your skin.
Mats with carbon
On your mattress, under your desk or on the floor. The material contains carbon powder, so the whole surface conducts without a thread in sight.
At your desk, on the sofa or on a mat
Grounding is not limited to bedtime. A desk mat suits seated work, a blanket can cover your legs, and a yoga mat is used on the floor. Choose a place where your skin can touch the conductive surface. With the blanket, use the conductive underside and keep the cable away from walkways.
Keep the conductive side against your skin
The soft upper side is polyester. The underside contains organic cotton with silver thread: this is the conductive side. Place it against bare skin and connect the blanket as described in the instructions. The blanket has no electric heating function.
Check the distance to the socket
The blanket includes a 4.6-metre grounding cable with a plug. Check that it reaches your spot and that the socket is grounded. A grounding rod may be an alternative without a grounded socket if you can reach suitable soil outside. Read the guidance and instructions first.

There is never any current on your product
The cable goes only to the earth connection of the outlet, never to the live wire. The plug also contains a 100k ohm resistor, so no current can ever run through the product.
No grounded outlet in the room? Then clamp the cable onto a radiator pipe, or push the earthing pin into the ground outside.
