How to use the Earthing Extension Cable:

1. Remove the extension cable from the packaging:

2. Connect the cable to the earthing plug of one of the Earthle earthing products:

3. Insert the earthing plug into any grounded outlet. Works in all grounded outlets across Europe, including Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. No grounded outlet at home? Order our earthing pin to ground indoors without an outlet:

6. 30 to 40 minutes a day of contact with Earthle earthing products is enough to experience the benefits of grounding. A full night of sleep on an earthing product is more than sufficient. There is no such thing as too much grounding.

How do you know if an outlet is grounded?

A grounded outlet has two metal contacts in addition to the two plug holes, located at the top and bottom. A non-grounded outlet only has the two plug holes. See the image below for comparison.
