The earthing pin takes the earth straight from the ground, so you do not need a socket. Push the pin into the ground outside: in the garden, or in a planter or balcony box with soil. Bring the 15-metre cable inside, under a window or through a gap. No drilling needed.
Pull the end of the earthing cable out of the plug of your Earthle product and push its small pin into the connector at the end of the pin cable. Then click the cable onto your sheet, mat or pillowcase. Is your product further away? The extension cable lengthens the cable, and with the splitter you connect two products to one pin.

Extension cable, 15 m, 2 mm thin
The cable in the packaging is 4.6 metres. If the earthed socket is out in the hallway or the living room, you click fifteen metres in between. Thin enough to run under a door.
Crocodile clip, bare metal
The heating system is connected to earth. Clip it onto an unpainted piece of pipe or onto the fitting, not onto the paint. For a flat or an older home without earthed sockets.

The earthing cable with plug is in the packaging. It goes into an earthed socket; only the earth contact is used, never the live wire. The plug contains a 100k ohm resistor.
Then there are three ways. You push the earthing pin into the ground outside, with fifteen metres of cable running indoors. You clamp the alligator clip onto a bare radiator pipe or radiator. If the outlet is in another room, the fifteen metre extension cable bridges that. You will find all three under accessories.
That differs from person to person. One person notices it the first night, another notices little or nothing.
