Earthle aardingsslaapmat op bed met kussensloop en kamerplant, 185 x 68 cm

The difference is in the format

For grounding in bed, you can choose fabric with silver thread or a conductive sleeping mat. Both need a suitable earth connection. Your choice mainly concerns the sleeping surface, where you make contact and how you want to clean the product.

A sheet feels like bedding

The loose Earthle sheet is 95% organic cotton and 5% silver thread. Place it where your skin can contact the surface. It comes in 203 × 99 and 203 × 180 cm. Wash the fabric according to its care instructions and remove the cable first. View grounding sheets.

A sleeping mat is thin and wipeable

The conductive vegan leather sleeping mat is approximately 0.8 mm thick. Sizes are 185 × 68 and 185 × 137 cm. It does not go in the washing machine: wipe it clean as instructed. That gives it a different care routine from textile bedding. View sleeping mats.

Consider the layers in between

Direct skin contact provides the clearest starting point. An extra fitted sheet can change contact; fabric, thickness and moisture matter. Do not judge the connection solely by how you feel. Read about using grounding bedding under a fitted sheet and check your own setup as instructed.

Making the choice

Measure your sleeping space first. Choose a sheet if you want washable cotton, or consider a mat if you prefer a thin surface that you wipe clean. For a shared bed, decide whether one or both people will use it. Neither format guarantees better health results. Compare loose and fitted grounding sheets too.
