Earthing sleeping mats

Place an earthing sleeping mat on your mattress. Compare the narrow 185 × 68 cm version with the wider 185 × 137 cm version.

Which sleeping mat size do you need?

The 185 × 68 cm mat is the narrow version. The 185 × 137 cm mat provides a larger contact area. Measure your mattress and decide whether you want to cover your own sleeping space or a wider area. These measurements describe the mat itself, rather than a mattress size it must fit around.

A smooth surface instead of cotton

The sleeping mat has a smooth vegan leather surface. Carbon in the material makes it conductive. An earthing sheet or fitted sheet feels different: it is cotton with silver thread. Elastic straps hold the sleeping mat on the mattress. Consider the material you want to lie on and how you want to clean it, as well as the bed size.

Connection and your existing bedding

Connect the mat as described in its instructions and check the product page for the cable included. Direct skin contact is the starting point. If you want to put a regular fitted sheet over it, read how the fabric and contact layer affect its use. For a shared bed, compare a narrow mat for one person with a wider shared contact area.

There is never any current on your product

The cable goes only to the earth connection of the outlet, never to the live wire. The plug also contains a 100k ohm resistor, so no current can ever run through the product.

No grounded outlet in the room? Then clamp the cable onto a radiator pipe, or push the earthing pin into the ground outside.
